High-Efficiency Gear Drive Technology

The direct gear drive system provides up to 98% energy transfer efficiency, significantly reducing power losses. A rounded cast gear case with internal ribbing ensures quieter operation and enhanced structural strength.

Optimized Design for Productivity & Maintenance

Segmented die clamps enable fast and easy die changes, while metal-to-metal seals improve component reliability. The modular gearbox design and replaceable quill flange allow flexible production configurations and simplified maintenance.

Durable Construction & Operational Efficiency

The pellet chamber is manufactured from stainless steel for superior durability and hygiene. A single motor drive system further enhances energy efficiency while maintaining stable and consistent pelleting performance.
